Mixed-use stormwater development project earns C-PACE award

A Connecticut project that utilized permeable pavers has earned a C-PACE award.

Michele Pitale, managing director and head of PACE for CounterPoints SRE, discusses the firm receiving the C-PACE deal of the year by the CT Green bank for funding over $2 million in stormwater management measures for a mixed-use development in Darien, Connecticut. Pitale explains what C-PACE is, what the project entailed and how permeable pavers played a role.
